1) Conditions of Participation/Privacy Policy

  • The prize draw is organised by Bales Worldwide, Bales House, Junction Road, Dorking Surrey RH4 3HL.

2) No purchase is necessary to take part in this prize draw

  • Entry into the prize draw assumes acceptance of the terms and conditions below and agreement to be bound by the decisions of Bales Worldwide. The following terms and conditions will apply to this prize draw.

3) Duration

  • The competition will take place from 19th May to 12th June 2009. The lucky winner of the prize draw will be awarded two places free of charge on the Bales Worldwide holiday called 'The Nostalgic Nile' on the 8 day itinerary in 2009. Subject to availability at time of booking.

4) Eligibility

  • This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, other than employees of Bales Worldwide, its agencies or their families.
  • Participants may only enter the prize draw by correctly completing the question on the entry form hosted oon the Bales Worldwide website.
  • No responsibility is accepted for ineligible or fraudulent entries. A winner who has supplied incomplete, inaccurate or fraudulent information will be automatically disqualified.
  • Only one entry per household is permitted.
  • The prize winner may be invited to take part in post-competition publicity for Bales Worldwide.

5) Use of Personal Information

  • In order to participate, participants must also supply certain information about themselves.
  • This information will be used by Bales Worldwide for the purposes of administering this promotion and, only where agreed by the participant, for the marketing and promotions of Bales Worldwide services.

6) Drawing of the Winner

  • The draw will take place on 15th June 2009. The winner will be selected by an independent person. Bales Worldwide's decision concerning the determination of the winners will be final.

7) Notification of the Winner

  • The winner will be informed by email before 19th June 2009.
  • The winner must book the holiday before 1st  September 2009.
  • The name of the winner will be available within 28 days of the date of the draw, by sending an SAE to CFS Prize Winner, Bales Worldwide, Bales House, Junction Road, Dorking Surrey RH4 3HL.

8) The Prize

  • The prize will consist of a Bales Worldwide holiday for two called 'The Nostalgic Nile' on the 8 day itinerary. Bales Worldwide's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • There will be no cash alternative to this prize and it is non-negotiable or non-refundable.
  • Bales Worldwide reserves the right to substitute any or all parts of the prize. In this event, such a change will be publicised on the www.balesworldwide.com website and any necessary amendments to these conditions shall be made.

9) Limitation of Liability

  • Unless a valid entry is registered and stored in our database we assume no entry has been made.
  • Bales Worldwide reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel the competition without specifying the reasons for its decision and without incurring liability as a result.
  • Entry into the prize draw assumes acceptance of these terms and conditions and agreement to be bound by the decisions of Bales Worldwide
