The Angsana Gyalthang Dzong Hotel is located only a 15 minute walk from the town of Gyaltha. In keeping with Tibetan lamasery style, all rooms face inwards towards a central courtyard, which hosts al fresco dining and an informal outdoor space. Each of the 47 rooms and suites feature typical Tibetan style beds, where two mattresses are placed on a raised platform. The rooms have en-suite bathrooms, tea/coffee making facilities, IDD telephone and a heater. The hotel has a restaurant serving both local and western cuisine, a bar, a courtyard café and a Spa offering a range of massage treatments.
