 | Your accommodation in Puerto Maldonado will be at the Inkaterra Reserva Amazonica, which consists of 41 thatched cabins on raised platforms with pitched roofs and large windows for ventilation. Each cabin has its own terrace complete with two hammocks and private bathroom. Accommodation is simple but comfortable. Lights and fans are solar powered and mosquito nets are provided. Credit cards are not accepted and bills must be settled in dollar cash. Meals are simple, fresh and filling, featuring river fish, rice salads and fresh fruit plus tea or coffee. Included meals on the extension are full board in Puerto Maldonado and full breakfast only in Lima. There are no exchange facilities. |
