Our stay in a second location within Chobe is at the Savute Elephant Camp, shaded by towering acacia trees on the banks of the dry Savute Channel. Accommodation is in 12 luxurious twin-bedded tents with private timber decks. The camp features a specially constructed ‘elephant-proof’ heated swimming pool. Game can be viewed from the deck of the central lounge and dining area.
