The Bamboo Grove Hotel is located in the southeastern part of Suzhou, just 15 minutes walk from the Master of Nets Garden. Bear Lodge is located on the Lutak inlet. The lodge is fairly basic and has just 4 rooms with bathrooms. 

Located in the heart of Aleppo the Beit El Wakil is a good example of 16th. century Aleppine architecture. Once a palace and now a medium grade hotel, the rooms at the Beit El Wakil do vary in size (with some being rather small) and so therefore the property will be more appealing to those looking for a great location as well as atmosphere and ambience over luxury. All rooms have en suite facilities as well as central air conditioning, minibar and satellite Television. The restaurant has an excellent reputation and offers a choice of local, western and oriental cuisine.  

Built around an 18th century village, Beit Zaman is located at the entrance of Petra's town of Wadi Mousa. All 129 rooms are tastefully and traditionally furnished with private bathrooms, a seating area, air-conditioning & heating as well as mini bar and satellite television. Additional facilities include a restaurant with 2 terraces overlooking the Petra rose mountain, an indoor swimming pool, handicraft souk and laundry service. The property is environmentally friendly and when it was being renovated, the Department of Antiquities uncovered an almost intact olive press that is believed to have dated from Roman times plus the remains of a Nabatean settlement and a large Roman pool, all of which add character and attraction to the property. 

The corner stone for Belvidere Manor was laid amid much pomp in 1848 and the Duthie family moved in during November 1849. This country hotel is a prime example of English Georgian architecture and gained its National Monument status in 1995. Built using local materials, the original yellow wood floors and stinkwood and yellow wood staircase are still in evidence. The accommodation consists of 30 cottages, which enjoy views of Knysna Lagoon or the hotel gardens. 

The design of the Berbere Palace is based on a Kasbah with the reception and restaurants in the main building and the rooms built out around enclosed gardens. The 232 air-conditioned rooms in cottages have their own private terraces within a courtyard. In-room facilities include television, telephone, mini bar and ensuite bathroom (safe at reception). It has a large swimming pool area with pool bar and health suite. The exercise room is complementary, the Hamman and sauna are chargeable. The ‘Oasis Restaurant’ serves both Moroccan and international cuisine. There is also a piano bar and nightclub. Other facilities include, money exchange, table tennis, gift shop, library and hairdresser. Please note that the service at this hotel can be very slow. 

The Bird Island Resort, St Birde's is a small 20-room establishment located near Cape St. Mary’s Ecological Reserve. The hotel has a bar/lounge and fitness centre.  

The Blenheim Country Hotel is centrally located in Blenheim, in the heart of Marlborough's wine growing region. Just minutes walk from the city centre, one kilometre from the Blenheim Railway Station, the hotels offers a range of accommodation with 54 guest rooms including standard rooms, family rooms and a one-bedroom suite. 

The Blue Waters Inn is a beachfront low-rise resort hotel with 46 acres of lush tropical grounds tucked away on the golden sandy beach of Batteaux Bay with a lush green hilly backdrop. The 38 rooms have recently been refurbished and are all air-conditioned. Blue Waters Inn has a restaurant “The Fish Pot” which specializes in Caribbean and international cuisine with a local flair, and a bar. The resort does not have a swimming pool, but the sea offers safe swimming  

Outside Ulan Bator accommodation is in the traditional circular tents or 'Gers', made from canvas stretched around a fixed wooden framework. Facilities are very basic, each ger containing 4 beds, a wood stove, table and chairs, but little else - the communal shower block is separate and there is a central dining tent. Hot water is not always available. This tour is therefore only suited to more adventurous travellers who are prepared to accept these basic facilities, which are in fact the best available in these destinations. Bales are pleased to advise you that we have secured accommodation based on 2 passengers only in each ger instead of 4. Naturally this has resulted in higher costs but we feel most of our passengers would prefer this arrangement. 

Bluebay Beach Resort is located on the pristine white sands of Zanzibar’s eastern coast. This spectacular resort offers spacious luxury amidst a tranquil landscape of lush gardens and swaying palms.
