Casa Conzatti has been converted from the home of an Italian Naturalist and Botanist who lived in Oaxaca at the end of the 19th century, into a pleasant hotel with 45 air-conditioned rooms and suites. The hotels’ restaurant, ‘Magnolias’ serves local cuisine as well as international dishes.
