Day 1
Evening departure on overnight British Airways flight to Cape Town.

Day 2
On arrival in Cape Town you will be transferred, via a short orientation tour of the
city, to the Cape Grace Hotel. This afternoon is free to relax
and enjoy at your leisure, before an evening briefing to discuss the days ahead.

Day 3
Today you enjoy a guided tour of the Cape Peninsula. Travelling along the
coast you may have an opportunity (weather permitting) to partake of an optional
boat cruise from Hout Bay to the nearby seal island, before continuing by road over
Chapman’s Peak to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve. The return journey back
to Cape Town continues via the remarkable penguin colony at Boulder Beach, Simon’s
Town, Fish Hoek, Muizenberg and the Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, before a late
afternoon arrival back at the hotel. This evening is at leisure.

Day 4
Today has been left free for you to enjoy Cape Town at your own pace, perhaps
taking in some of the highlights of the bustling Victoria and Alfred Waterfront, or
enjoying a local tour.

Day 5
Checking out after breakfast, you will be collected by your guide to begin a full
day’s tour of South Africa’s stunning Winelands. This will include two tastings at wellknown
wine estates, as well as a cellar tour, before finishing in Franschhoek, for your
stay at Mont Rochelle. This evening is at leisure.

A day of leisure to explore something of Franschhoek at your own pace.

Day 7
Depart Franschhoek this morning and travel along Route 62 to the town of
Oudtshoorn, for an overnight stay at the Rosenhof Country House.

Day 8
A leisurely morning is followed by a visit to the famous Cango Caves, a Safari
Ostrich tour and a 3-course lunch. This afternoon you continue onto Knysna and
Plettenberg Bay, for your stay at Hunter’s Country House.

Day 9
Depart for Knysna this morning. Your time in Knsyna is free to enjoy as you wish,
maybe shopping in the small boutiques or taking a journey to the beach, before the
journey back to the hotel. This evening is at leisure.

Day 10
Another leisurely morning is followed by a return to Knysna and a boat cruise
on picturesque Knysna Lagoon to the Featherbed Nature Reserve, to enjoy a walk
from the top of Western Head through the Milkwood trees. This afternoon is free.

Day 11
Continuing via the spectacular landscapes of Tsitskamma National Park today,
you have an opportunity to explore something of its rich natural diversity, before an
afternoon drive to Port Elizabeth and journey’s end. On arrival you will check into the
