Your time is free for you to relax or explore Simla, the former summer capital
of the Raj where, for half the year, the government of British India would relocate to escape the heat. Even today, Simla abounds in memories of its colonial past with its mock-Tudor Municipality Building, the Mall and the nostalgic Gaiety Theatre.
