Although I have been taking winter holidays to places of interest for over twenty years this was my first trip with Bales. I can honestly say that I have never been on a better arranged trip. Your brochure prices have always looked on the high side but I now know that they can be good value for money. I spent a total of just US $328 on extras in the two weeks which is remarkably little and there is no nasty credit card bill to come. C Drake, Suffolk
