The mighty Yangtze cuts a spectacular swathe through some of China’s most breathtaking scenery. From the Tibetan Highlands to the East China Sea, the world’s third longest river traverses a timeless landscape of deep gorges and towering mountains. Our journey takes us through its most picturesque section, including the fabled ‘Three Gorges’ between Chongqing and Wuhan. For these Longer Duration departures we have also included a visit to Chengdu and Wolong, where we visit the Giant Panda Breeding Research Base.
