Days 1+2+3 : Nile Hilton Hotel

The Kasr Ibrim recreates the atmosphere and style of a 1920s Nile Steamship, but with all modern conveniences. Each fully air-conditioned cabin is tastefully furnished with ensuite facilities. Facilities include a lounge and bar area, and a restaurant serving oriental and western cuisine and meals are usually buffet style. There is a sundeck with swimming pool and jacuzzi, a Health Club, and a Gift Shop. A laundry service is available. The maximum capacity of the boat is 130 passengers. The Kasr Ibrim usually carries a doctor on board.

Day 8 : Le Passage Heliopolis Hotel

For the second stay in Cairo, accommodation is at the Le Passage Heliopolis Hotel. Located at Cairo International Airport, all rooms are soundproof and have private facilities with mini-bar, telephone and television with in-house video. Facilities include a 24-hour coffee shop; the gourmet 'El Sarraya' restaurant; shopping arcade; bank; swimming pool and two floodlit tennis courts. The hotel has a courtesy shuttle bus into central Cairo.
