BALES WORLDWIDE, the tailor made tour specialist, was honoured with the silver award in the Top Tour Operator category at the Wanderlust Travel Awards, held at Destinations: The Holiday and Travel Show 2006.  

The Wanderlust Travel Awards are voted for by the magazine’s well-travelled readers who nominated Bales Worldwide for the silver position, out of a total selection of almost 800 Tour Operators across the country, with a massive 95% rating.

Bales has introduced five new destinations to its 2006 brochure, including three new itineraries in Latin America to Antarctica, Belize and the Falkland Islands, all of which were the focus of Bales’ presence at the Destinations show.

The three new Latin America itineraries join existing Latin America tours covering many of the highlights of the region, from the thundering Iguassu and Angel Falls to the jagged peaks the Andes and the brooding glaciers in Patagonia’s pristine wilderness.
